Chickpea Nibble
1 can (19 oz) Chickpeas or Garbonzo Beans 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 tsp Salt 1 pinch Ground Pepper 1/2 tsp dried Oregano or Cumin |
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Drain, rinse, and pat dry beans or chickpeas. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano or cumin. Arrange on a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and just beginning to crisp, about 50 min. Serve at room temperature. |
